The General Manager will report to the owner of the store and will be responsible for the store’s staff, kitchen /front, and overall operational and management activities. They will ensure that all of the restaurant’s customers are provided with the best customer journey and service experience. As the captain of the ship, they will ensure consistency of food standards, excellent service and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the store. They will be accountable for achieving the store’s sales and profit by maintaining the ideal cost of all the restaurant’s expenses including proper preparation of the weekly roster without sacrificing the customers’ experience. Job Functions/ Descrpition
The front counter lead/supervisor will ensure that all guests are being greeted and are presented with possible menus options. Take and deliver orders and ensure other colleagues are doing the same and will also ensure that the sitting area / tables are clean and presentable as per the brand standards. The Lead need to be quick on his/her feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. Like talking to people and to thrive in a fast-paced workplace environment with the ultimate goal to provide high-quality service that will help franchisee maintain and attract customers.
As a cook, you will be expected to:
-Perform many duties such as preparing meats and other ingredients. Moreover, you will be required to operate and maintain equipment like a freezer and fryers. Keeping a sanitized and clean work area will be your responsibility.
-Follow product standards and recipes.
-Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
-Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
-Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
-Act with integrity and honesty, and promote the culture of the company.
The front counter officer (FCO) will greet when guests arrive, present menus options, take and deliver orders. The Officer will ensure that the sitting area / tables are clean and presentable as per the brand standards. He/she needs to be quick on his/her feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude.
